What the assistant does
Tanner Lab AI answers questions about our AI systems, automation work, digital products, and past projects. It draws on our website content, links to the relevant pages, and replies in whatever language you write in. If you'd rather talk to someone directly, you can leave your contact details right in the chat.
It's deliberately not a general-purpose chatbot. Its job is to explain Tanner Lab and point to a sensible next step. AI can get things wrong, so the linked pages and an actual conversation remain the reliable source.
What it changes for visitors and for us
Visitors get to a useful answer faster, without digging through menus or guessing at terminology first. For us, it lowers the barrier to reaching out - and shows which questions come up often or aren't answered clearly enough on the site yet.
The new chat page stands on its own and can be opened directly from campaigns or personal recommendations, so a visit starts with the actual question instead of a generic landing page.
